Challenge: The South County Tourism Council wanted to achieve an increase in website traffic, lead generation of their Travel Planner, their new Bridal Planner and the marketing of their annual Bridal Show. The keyword phrases needed to work with local and regional geographical locator terms - and also with broad searches without location terms so that the area would attract potential visitors outside of Rhode Island including international visitors and in particular from nearby states like CT and NY.
Results: We were able to achieve over 500 keyword/keyphrase ranking positions – of which over 100 are #1 ranking positions! South Council Tourism Council's site ranking positions work equally well for regional keyword phrases and for the broad-based searches.
